Particularly over the last two years, we have felt stressed and burnt out and have wondered how to best implement self-care, boundaries, and healthy coping skills. In some industries and with certain populations, these concepts have always rung true and now that humanity is collectively experiencing shared angst, the needle is moving toward its being more acceptable to talk about the struggle. We want to keep the momentum going and continue to have intentional dialogue about how to enhance our mental health.
